McClellan Architects was founded in 1997 by Regan McClellan. The firm is dedicated to providing contemporary design solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our strength is our ability to offer complete design services, including master planning, project development, site design, landscape design, architectural services, interior design and lighting design. The success of our projects comes from the personal collaboration forged between the owner, architect and builder. It is this personal dedication that is the core of our work.
Regan McClellan founded McClellan Architects in 1997. He has over 25 years of experience in a wide variety of building types and technologies. An experienced and organized manager, Regan is equally adept at overseeing large commercial projects as well as the unique demands of single family homes. Early in his design career, Regan worked extensively with an internationally recognized landscape architect. He has drawn on this experience throughout his career, creating a dialogue between his buildings and their surroundings.
Joining McClellan Architects in 2016, Joe McRitchie brings 16 years of experience in full architectural design services for both residential and commercial clients, including complex luxury estates, event pavilions, and boutique winery facilities. Prior to joining the firm, Joe was principal of McRitchie Design. His projects have been recognized nationally and regionally with features in Architectural Digest, and Gray Magazine.
His work is guided by an understanding of a project's specific context, team collaboration, and a rigorous devotion to detail. Joe is an experienced project manager, committed to communication and leadership and at every phase. He brings practical hands-on experience to the firm: a deep understanding of construction methods and materials, construction management and culture.
In addition to his architectural experience, Joe comes from a "wine family," working in vineyards & wineries through college. Having grown up on a horse boarding farm, he brings practical knowledge of equine needs and care to our equestrian clients.
Joey Pasquinelli came to us with a diverse portfolio encompassing his 16 years in architecture. His experience includes education, transportation, and his specialty, custom residential projects. As a licensed architect Joey understands how to incorporate his clients’ concept of their dream home within their unique landscape. He holds a passion for sustainable architecture due to his dedication to crafting beautiful spaces while ensuring preservation of our environment. In his spare time he enjoys wine, food, and cats, in varying orders of importance, and he is diligently working to restore his mid-century modern home. He joined McClellan Architects in 2015.

Chris' work places an emphasis on clean, detail oriented design with a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
James joined McClellan Architects in 2016 with a background in civic and commercial design and a focus on both the technical and conceptual aspects of design. Possessing a self-described "nerdy" background in web design and programming enables James to exploit the capabilities of cutting edge software in service of excellent design.
His professional goals center around parlaying his creative and technical experience with large projects to "push the envelope" with projects of all types and sizes. James is also a professional drummer with a passion for sound engineering and acoustics.
Chester, a native to the Pacific Northwest, joined the office 8 weeks after he was born in the Fall of 2015. As a studio companion a few days out of the week, he enjoys long walks in Gas Works Park, compliments on his all-natural Mohawk, and cycling through the office from desk to desk until he has had sufficient attention. Noted for his solicitous, sincere attitude, Chester ensures that our client's furred companions receive appropriate design consideration.
