A massive custom pivot door leads to an entry flooded with warming natural light that bathes the space through a sizable operable skylight, illuminating the steel stair and sculptural concrete below. The living space includes a sizable lift and slide door and a custom wood-burning fireplace. Surrounded by Pacific Northwest lushness, the house harmonizes modern architecture with nature, and captures the perks of a waterfront lifestyle. On the third story, the primary bedroom features a unique cantilevered bed and offers panoramic waterfront views from a private deck with a minimal glass railing.
